• 95% cotton 5% spandex
• Twirl skirt with two layers
• Vintage swiss dot lace trim on skirt layers
• Dark green velvet trim on skirt layers and on the back neck
• Swoop back neck

Runs a little on the bigger side so if in between sizes we suggest sizing down one size.

Wash instructions: red is sensitive! be sure to wash inside out on cold quick wash alone, with a color catcher. Lay flat to dry.
